Network Applications and Services
The Atelis NGSX (Next Generation Services eXchange) is a robust, cost-efficient services delivery platform for both IN and NGN environments. It enables service providers to easily, quickly and economically deploy new added-value services from a rich and continuously growing repertoire of Atelis service applications. This is achieved by aggregating the Digium®/Asterisk® and Atelis technologies into a single services provisioning platform.
NGSX is the best solution for providing toll-free, premium, dynamic IVR content and any other IN and NGN service.
Innovative Atelis NGSX Service modules include:
- Atelis PCC - Prepaid Calling Card Services
Facilitates all aspects of prepaid calling card operations including built-in plug-ins for web-based callback, SMS-based callback and DDI-based call back.
- Atelis CellAstic™ - Cellular Savings Bridge
Provides savings on cellular roaming charges through utilization of elaborate call forwarding and cellular operator USSD messaging services. Tests conducted by Atelis customers show that Atelis CellAstic can reduce the costs of cellular roaming charges by up to 60%. Atelis CellAstic can be installed either as a carrier IN service or as a plug-in for Atelis BizX PBX series.
- Atelis VoxReach™ - Predictive/Power Dialer
Enables a call center to better manage attendants’ resources. By performing near real-time analysis of call center availability, Atelis VoxReach™ maintains a high call throughput into your call center. In addition, Atelis VoxReach™ is capable of automating parts of your call-center interaction, by adding VoiceMail recognition and IVR.
- Atelis FunkyVoice™ - Voice Modulator
A sound modulator service for either carriers or voice service providers. FunkyVoice pitches the caller’s voice up or down through DTMF signaling and provides various other sound effects via the keypad keys. This module is ideal for service providers, catering to teenagers who are constantly looking for the cool gadget.
